drove to Detroit on Friday night and met up with Pat downtown for dinner and drinks. UD alumni game Saturday morning – great to see Etian, Pat, Donnie, Kevin, Chris, and Chris. unfortunately, our lack of fitness and training was obvious and we got crushed – hopefully it means the UD team will gave a good season. lunch with Pat and Donnie afterwards before the long drive back.
Hi Uncle Jason! Planet of the Apes was really good! So do the two of you plan on living in Chicago for the near future? Kyle and I are thinking about driving to Chicago to spend Thanksgiving, would be nice to spend some time with family and meet the woman in your life 🙂

yeah, was pleasantly surprised, we both enjoyed that movie a lot.
yup, will be staying here for the forseeable future, in fact we’ve been looking at apartments downtown the last couple of weeks – looking to buy one, that is.
would be cool to see you and meet Kyle too. realistically, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll be gone those 4 days, but if we’re not out of town, then for sure. 🙂
