late start, went to the Village to hit some groomers, and found this moose near the base at the end of the day. been seeing a lot of moose at the house and around the valley. seems with the increased snow, they’re heading for lower elevations.

40″ weekend
40″ inches over the weekend! Saturday was great, Sunday was better. took some good runs with Rosie and Tracy, then watched the Colts make it to the Super Bowl. fantastic…

after yet another long day at work, and following a long weekend cooped up in the office, we had a grand poker game. Neha was the big winner, but it was a good opportunity and excuse for me to break out the fancy ‘Trefonas Lounge’ chips.

above the clouds
turned out to be a clear, warm day on the mountain with the inversion. a great day of snowboarding followed by some playoff football in the bar.

took a nice long hike with Kaheé along the Snake River dike. nice clear day, with great views of the surrounding mountains.

got up late after a late night at the concert. met Chad and Brooke for lunch, then headed back to San Francisco via Oakland so that we could pick up Jacob. took a soccer ball into Golden Gate Park and played in the mud and rain. got back to Chad’s, got Indian delivery, watched football, played hallway soccer, put up a tent in the dining room, and built a massive hotwheels track. great time, hope to see those guys again soon.
