party

bunch of errands in the morning, eventually over to the new place to prep for Mira’s bday party. around the corner to POW, got setup, and enjoyed watching the fun. games, dancing, obstacles, tug-of-war, pizza, and cupcakes. wrapped up, packed up the truck, and headed back to our old place to open presents and relax.

birthday!

Mira got us up at 5:30… too excited to sleep. opened presents, made bfast, and had cake. started building her first LEGO set before heading off to school. nap after school, then a late dinner at Dave & Buster’s. fun day.

training

skipped ballet and drove out to Deerfield to use North Shore Rhythmics’ gym to prep for the upcoming state competition. was fun, and the girls are looking better every week. Denny’s on the way back, then home for the rest of the day.

late Mardi Gras

heard back from our agent, looks like we have an agreed upon price. over to Heaven on Seven with Mira after school for an early dinner to celebrate. picked up Лена late from the studio, and off to bed.

fieldtrip

joined Mira’s class at the Children’s Museum at Navy Pier for a fun, short fieldtrip. back home early, Mira took a nap, then were off again late afternoon to her 2 gymnastics classes. heard from Jeff, and managed to meet up for tacos at Dos Toros.

JoJo’s

homework in the morning, then off to ballet. checked out a new spot called JoJo’s Milk Bar for an early dinner. a little bit of cleaning before bed for tomorrow’s showing.

up early, and off to Yolk for bfast with the crew. back to the house – Alexa and Michael were off to the airport, and Mira and I were soon off to Pump it Up! for a bday party. back home to relax and watch a good fight card before bed.
