Alinea

gymnastics late morning, then a meeting with Mira’s teacher in the afternoon. upside to the world being on lockdown is both Mira and Лена get to take daily private classes from coaches in Russia and Ukraine that are both better and cheaper than the options here. take out from Alinea, which was great!

Easter

Mira got us up early, excited to find eggs and open presents. big hunt throughout the entire house, then onto some games. again, feels a little empty without dressing up for a nice meal out.

Zoom life

endless Zoom meetings in the house. ideal having a Murphy bed in the extra bedroom, as it’s now become the dedicated exercise room.

sunshine

adapting well to the new routine. “school” in the morning/early afternoon, exercising during the day/early evening, and wrapping up with board games and/or card games until bedtime. first warm day today in a while, and out in the park playing soccer.
