all day meetings, hopping between offices. finally wrapped up EOD and taxied out to Sunset to see Chad. Jacob was in town for his spring break, so was great timing for a visit. hung out, played in the park, sushi, and dessert at Thai. strange shared uber back to the airport and a late red-eye home via DTW.

2 flights to San Francisco, taxied to the Hilton Union Square. awesome room on the 44th floor with a balcony overlooking the city. dinner at Colibri, nice little Mexican spot on Geary.

up very early and in the office working on a proposal. home a little early, picked up Mira’s cake and made my way up to see the birthday girl. opened presents, had cake, and called the grandparents. afternoon at home, dinner at the Langham – great time, nice meal, and took lots of fantastic pictures. back home, Mira to bed, and a couple hours of quiet time for us before sleep.

back in the West Loop office, late call end of day so couldn’t go to POW! dinner at Beatrix with the girls, ran into Pardeep after dinner as he’s staying at Aloft. Mira loved the cool 1970 era chairs in the lobby.

fought the crowds from suburbia and made our way to check out the green river. stopped at Mariano’s on the way back, then grabbed some dim sum before heading home.

appointment with Mira’s doctor for her 2 year check-up. 70% for her height and 20% for her weight. lunch at Friday’s before heading home.

second day outside Minneapolis, heading home late tonight. got this cute picture from Лена from today’s visit to the library.

day with Mira while Лена was at work. afternoon at the office when she came home, then we all taxied to West Loop for a nice dinner at Formento’s. back home quickly before heading off to the airport for my late night flight into Minneapolis.

interviewed 3 candidates in the office during the morning, working from home in the afternoon. dinner in Gold Coast at a new sushi spot for a change of pace.
