up at 4:30, packed, checked out, and on a shuttle to Heathrow. got the girls sorted for their flight, sad goodbyes, then made my way to another terminal for my flight. uneventful, watched a few movies, transferred in Detroit, and took the train home. quick shower and changed, then in a taxi and off to the United Center. great card, enjoyed the fights, especially the main event, but knackered after a marathon day.

another solo bfast, tried to pick up Tiffany, then over to the scooter store and bought mom a new rig. back to the hotel, packed and checked out. managed to find Tiffany this time, and a last visit with mom before the drive. horrid traffic due to an accident, didn’t arrive to our Heathrow hotel until after 7. cool room, Indian dinner there, then a bit of packing before a short night.

same as usual – late bfast, back to hangout for a bit. met mom mid-afternoon and perused the scooter store. rainy drive back to the hotel, collected the girls, back to mom’s, then off to sushi for dinner. fun time, home later than usual.

up early, bfast solo, then picked up mom and took her to see a doc. pretty easy, dropped her back home, and back to my girls at the hotel. did a little exploring with Mira and tried to feed some sheep, but they weren’t interested. picked up Tiffany from the train station, came back to the hotel for a drink, then met up with mom for Chinese in Worle.

barely made bfast, then dropped the girls for some shopping while i returned to join a call for work. back for the girls, caught up in traffic, and finally made a return to the hotel. over to town for a quick stop at mom’s, then back to The Summerhouse for dinner.

hotel bfast, then spent most of the day hanging out around the property, even managing another afternoon nap. eventually into town for a futile effort at shopping, then met mom for dinner at The Super Mare.

arrived into London before 7 am, cleared passport control, got our bags, and found our rental. rental was a pain, but finally off and making a very tired drive west to our hotel, south of Bristol. short nap turned into midday… called mom and met up for dinner at The Summerhouse.

2 flights, arriving early morning in London. no sleep on the red-eye, can imagine Sunday will be rough.
