early start at yoga for Лена, but also finished up earlier than usual. run through the park, walk up State Street, dinner at Flat Iron, then a beautiful lightning storm before bed.
met up with Ryan at Revolution Brewing for a tasty lunch. Water Tower after yoga for some shopping then swung by the Cheesecake Factory before heading home.
found out last night Dead Can Dance will be playing across the street at Pritzker Pavilion in August. tickets on sale this morning – scored 2 first thing. some shopping after yoga, then dinner again at Miller’s Pub.
out in St. Charles this week at the Q Center. nice spot, and close enough to drive home every night. good group of folks out here, enjoying the experience.
another week down and didn’t make any wrong turns heading to the airport this time. caught an early shuttle through LaGuardia and got back to O’Hare more than 3 hours early, and was able to pick up Лена from yoga on the way. nice night, great to be home.
Murphy, Jane, and some friends stopped by before heading across the street for the parade. didn’t bother catching it on the street, watched it from the 49th floor instead. Tarun, Kunaal, and their families stopped by for a bit after that. nice having visitors.
impressed with the painting, few more touch ups left for tomorrow. looks like winter is over – days are warm and am seeing leaves on the trees in the park.
