another day like all of the others. dinner with Henk at some wine bar – is cool having a client right downtown.

mother’s day

lazy morning, made Лена a late breakfast then bundled up for another cold walk to the Water Tower. stopped at Rosebud for dinner in Gold Coast before walking back. late errands before my Monday flight out.

Aroo’s party

early visit to the Disney Store, then poked around home for some time before making our way out to the ‘burbs for Aroo’s 6th year birthday party. good to see the same old crew, and was Mira’s first time meeting others and being passed person to person.

fancy dress

walk in Millenium Park – seeing the first flower blooms of spring. took Mira down to the lobby for yet more photos with their daily fresh bouquets of flowers. sushi take out late.

afternoon walk through Millenium Park and Lurie Garden to enjoy the sunshine. bite of food before heading home – not a whole lot of excitement these days, simply enjoying my time with Лена and Mira.

hard to believe it’s already been a month! late walk up Michigan but was too cold to make it all the way to the Water Tower. a little shopping and shockingly didn’t buy anything, stopped at a Chinese place for dinner in River North before the cold walk home.
