breakfast, across the street to the Chinatown playground, strange Chinese breakfast pastries, then another quick walk around the city before packing up and driving back to OAK for our flight. long flight but pretty uneventful. good to be home and back in our bed.

checked out again and made our way toward some brunch spot Alexa organized. she was late so the fam ended up at some Mexican spot across the street instead. spent a couple of hours with the fam then headed into the city to check into the Hilton Financial District. Mira seemed too tired for dinner so got her to bed then organized a sitter for the night. late night exploring Chinatown and Little Italy – nice dinner and fun walking around.

picked up our bag, then drove out somewhere in the CA countryside for the wedding and our nearby hotel. everything was running very late, got to the wedding late, but fortunately didn’t miss anything. nice wedding, cool to see the fam. got to meet little Lou, who ended up hanging out with Mira all night. left early to get Mira to bed.

company holiday today. end of day flight to OAK for Alexa’s wedding – first time flying with Mira. flight left almost 4 hours late, one of our bags didn’t show up, and didn’t end up in our hotel until almost 2 am. nightmare travel experience…

in Manhattan again, second time in 2 weeks. staying at the Millenium Hilton overlooking the WTC site. dinner at Gato – fantastic meal, but didn’t see Bobby Flay… 🙂

ended up at Fogo de Chão for dinner, which we all liked. Mira was sporting her new wedding purse. am trying to teach my little girl new tricks every day to keep her challenged.

got dressed up and headed out to some random restaurant in River North for dinner. little Mira is becoming less baby, and more child.

chill weekend at home, Saturday walk to Nordstrom to return a couple of things Лена picked up for Alexa’s wedding. windy dinner at some Italian restaurant in River North before walking home.

dinner and drinks at the Foundry with Rahul, as it’s the last time i’ll see him before he heads back to India. first time in Davis Square, happening little spot.

early dinner at the Mexican restaurant across the river that Лена likes. fun time, another nice Saturday.
