my random ramblingsan infrequent (and these days, mostly Mira related…) blog

morning trip to the doc to get the MRI results and a cortisone shot. afternoon to the dentist, and early evening to Mission.

morning class at Mission, then back home to change and pick up the girls for a Russian Halloween party. Mira had a blast, so all good. caught the Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade late – which was awesome. dinner at Exchequer before heading home.

joined Mira, along with all of the kindergarten classes, for her first field trip. good to meet her classmates, but the incessant babel on the bus ride home left my head aching.

home during the day, picked up Mira after school and brought her over to both of her gymnastics classes. met Jeff for a late dinner at Carnivale… fun time.

handyman came by and fixed the crack in the drywall… finally. picked up Mira from school end of day, evening trip to the Watertower and the LEGO store, including a stop at Ghirardelli for a sweet. back home to build. 🙂

Mira was off of school for Columbus Day, so all of us headed to the zoo. enjoyed the warm day, and a lot of fun checking out the animals, riding the carousel, and visiting the shops. home in time for Mission.

picked up Mira end of day, and managed to swing by the new McDonald’s HQ and also pick up Лена from the studio before heading home. quiet night at home playing with LEGOs…

trying to keep up with all of Mira’s after school and weekend activities. meanwhile, we’re all already in full Halloween mode, and decorations are up around the house.

up early and airport bound, and eventually into my hotel for a day full of calls. dinner with the team to celebrate launch, then off again early the next morning.

morning errands for flowers and such, then some quick presents when the girls got up, and finally off to Mission in a rush. back home, and over to London House and their roof top which was cool. home again to hang out a bit, then off to Proxi for dinner – yum! great day, and will definitely be back to Proxi in the near future.
