up early, finished packing and said our goodbyes to our room. fortunately last breakfast on the ship… and made our way off and found our shuttle to Rome and the Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria. such a gorgeous property – checked into our huge corner suite overlooking the city. changed and took the hotel shuttle to Barbarini. walked all over the city, stopped by the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and a host of other amazing historic spots that remain nameless to me. a little bit of shopping and a stop by a cafe. great photos everywhere, such a fun city to tour by foot. walked back to Barbarini and rode the shuttle back to the Cavalieri. showered and relaxed in the room, light dinner in the Imperial Club. finally able to enjoy the convenience of having internet in the room before bed.
