in training the last few days – very productive. tuesday night, back to Grand Cental for dinner, nice to see it alive with activity this time… dinner at the Oyster Bar, which was a cool spot with more than 100 years of history. wednesday night picked up some seafood from a Spanish place nearby my hotel. back home late thursday night.<\/p>\n
